Well I guess I took an interest in fitness when I decided to start training mixed martial arts(mma). Basically I was a huge fight fan and one day while watching the fights I decided that I couldnt let the chance to do this slip by me. Maybe I couldnt make it to the UFC or anything like that, but I knew that I could do this. So I started training at a local gym in Ohio, didnt train but a week and took a fight. Wasnt in the best of shape by any means, but I figured here was a chance to hop in and
