I love going to the gym on Monday and.seeing all the benches taken and people doing biceps curls. It is like the thing to do is train chest and bis and Mondays. I do legs on Monday. I can get to the things I need ASAP. Plus 90% of the people at my gym never do legs.

Don't take it for more than 6 weeks. I always thought tren was used for a cutting cycle but that shit made me eat everything in sit. I grew like a weed the first 3 1/2 I was on it. The only downfall to tren for me was the fact that it fucked with my psychological well being.

I agree with every1 you gotta eat alot. I am 6ft and i use 2 weigh about 160. Now im up 2 193lbs. You just gotta keep eating. Set ur alarm in the middle of the night and take down some food that extra meal will help
I think it would be easier 2 run sost 250 or omnadren 250 because it has many forms of test in it IMO. He needs 2 be taking in at least 250 grams of protein a day.
I've looked thru many AAS effectiveness charts and not only is primo the least harmful 2 your but but it has the highest rating for keeping your gains. Also it is also looked at as a great contest prep AAS.
