I'm vomiting up anything I eat/drink. A doctor's visit is out of the question also.

I recently got my Letrozole in. Accidentally, I took 2.5mg for my first dose. I haven't slept since yesterday, and right now i'm feeling pretty nauseous, anxious, and I blacked out earlier for a couple of seconds. I want out for the time being. Do I need to taper off or can I just completely...
