    calories are about 1500, cardio 3x wk.. HIIT 2 of the 3, and usually one long steady state run. Done with competition, took a couple weeks off. Now I'm ready to gain size.

    Nope, I hear you there. 40/40/20, 5-6 meals/day. Main protein is chicken, but I sub in iso pure protein shake, fish, turkey. Add in ground beef, almonds, pb for fats. Sweet potatoes or brown rice for carbs, and more broccoli than I ever cared to eat :) Gallon of water daily. And a cheat day...
