okay thx alot.. so just eat liek 5 egg in morning maybe add in some bread? and no egg whites. i was getting some good results but i ended up gettin a shoulder injuy and havent been able to pump it for 6 weeks or so just light weights. i weighted myself today 144.6 :S feels like all that hard...

okay well they are capsules so be hard to split. what if i did 40mg/ u see im not that big of a guy 5 7 at most so u think 50 mg still be the best? i work during the day construction and ususaly hit the gym at 4 so should i take the first 20-25 before breakfest and than the other 25 at 4 right...
