I read a lot of people saying you should wait until you are at least 21 before you start juicing. I think this is good advice and am going to wait, but my question is what are the draw backs of juicing at say 19. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was just wondering now that summer is coming I'm uping my cardio to 4-5 times a week. So on some days I have to do my cardio after my workout. Is this a bad thing because of the cortisol levels and not getting protein untill an hour after my workout.
I'm 19 years old and planning to do my first cycle. I'm 5'11 at 165 lbs. I've been working out for 2 and 1/2 years. I do not want to blow up right away just stick to safe cycles and gain slowly, any suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
