    I personally don't see any need to supplement with additional fat, especially before bed. I usually eat high fat foods like eggs for breakfast though. 50g of protien from cottage cheese would be pretty close to ideal IMO.

    100g of protien before bed seems like overkill. 50-60g would seem ideal IMHO.
