I just got my fina kit and it doesn't have any instructions with it. I went to the FINA board and printed out those directions and was wondering if theres anything else I need to know about, like baking it afterwards to makesure its sterile. I have a kit from "A". ALso I didn't crush the pellets...

I have heard alot of good things about fina, but was wondering if anyone new about the gains that you keep afetr going off of it. As with deca, winny etc you keep alot of your gains, what about this stuff?

Also would it help to front load the deca at 600mg for the first two weeks then 300mg for weeks3-8?

yeah i'm trying to bulk up, but possibly cut up some ay the end with fina/winny.

I'm 6'4 215. This will be my fourth cycle.

I am going to start my next cycle. I have 6250mgs of sustanon, 3000 Deca, 1000 Dbol. how should I divide this up? Thinking of putting some fina in at the end.
