    Oxy::: I am 5"11 and I would guess I have 26 % to 30% body fat. Not good I was 297 3 months ago and have been dieting since. Now I'm gettin to where I want to transform my body while dropping another 20 to thirty pounds to bring my weight to about 230 to 240 ish!

    Ok Do you think by doing that-that I will lose weight and gain muscle, it is just so strange for me to take it all in. The fact of taking that many calories in and im working out 50-60 mins a day with light weights and more reps... Sorry so many questions!

    Thanks! My bmi: 2461.68 and the Harris benedict equation is saying roughly 3600 cal a day which is so much more than I expected, granted that is if i want to maintain my current weight, which I do not want to do. I am thinking more like 2000 to 2500 intake. It is just crazy that I can intake...
