On mr supps web it says to take 1 cap 3 times a day so 3 caps . Do people ever take more . For example like how helladrol can be Dosed for some people higher then the bottol suggests?

Well I ran helladrol a few months ago and I did get good results I gained some size a little bit nothing crazy but I also got Stronger on my lifts and a lot leaner to where u can see some of my abs . I just thought many I'd try diesel for more size and try to stay the same bodyfat my diet is ok...
