    I normally eat plain oats (I know, very boring :D) but occasionally I'll cut up a little bit of fresh apple and sprinkle some cinnamin in there as well. Tastes much better than any instant "apples n' cinnamin" and is much better for you.

    Hit the inclines and use dumbells. That should help fill out the upper and outer parts of your chest. :)

    when to eat before workout

    I agree. I try to get most of my nutrients from real food. IMO you should eat about 1.5-2 hours before hitting the gym, have a shake right before and right after your workout.
