I stacked 1 ad with 4 ad. Only side I got was becomeing more irratable easier. Other then that I never had a problem. I also took what was reccomend I believe it was 3 pills a day. I don't reccomend overdosing as there is probably reasons why the bottles say don't take more then such and such...

Day 2 the pumps still aren't there. I was able to curl 55's on my last set of bi's 4X on each arm which I couldn't come close to before. I'm sure that most of these sort term increases are just mental. Anyways we'll see how it goes. John

I took 1ad/4ad stack at 18yrs old and had some real nice results! I was stuck benching 170 weighing 160 at the time. As I gained weight my max was up to 280. Acne wasn't much of a problem for me. I'm currently on a paradeca/decavar stack which should produce real nice results. John
