Here’s a nice lil physique update, so this is completely fasted in the morning sitting at 76.7 so still managed to keep some leaness, will be a good starting point to start pushing the cycle 💪🏻

Here’s a couple of this weeks extra cardio sessions, did these as was busy and fell short of time to get my step count in 💪🏻 on the bike erg has been great cardio for me
This week’s back workout! Extra food helping with the energy in the lifts! I’ve changed gyms though and I do miss the bodybuilding vibes of some of the bigger gyms, however we live on!
