Yes if anything maybe I'm at 8% and 5'10 but that might be pushing it lol. Ok thought maybe it would help with stabilizing blood levels and sides but I guess not. What about as I come down any help there in tapering down?
Ok so I guess there is no difference, maybe I will just taper down from 500 back to 250. Been on for 10 years so nothing new I just don't use much. I was just starting to think it might be a good idea to taper up better..... Maybe not.
