Lifting for over a decade now. I was a lifetime member at EF (SshadowW), joining in 07. I moved overseas for a year- loved it! Unfortunately, when I came back I wasn't able to log into EF with my old handle as I had a new internet provider and email address and couldn't remember my old password. I'm a little pissed...that's a lot of damn Karma gone to waste
