Hydration isn't a problem,diet, and access to weights either. Currently, I am 4 weeks back into working out, had two sugeries. I'm now benching as a workout weight 275 - 300 lbs and curling about 55 - 60 lbs dumb bells each hand. I'm kinda big now, I just want to build up that little more...
