I've worked on my diet and I would say it's spot on following advice from the hodge twins.. just gettin sidetracked on whether to consume more calories to bulk or less to cut

Hey there need some advice if anyone can help me I am 21, weighing in at 12.10 and am 5 ft 10... I still have quite a lot of fat on me but I want to get noticeably bigger while losing fat... could anyone give me some sound advice on whether to cut or bulk? Thanks in advance
