You are right. I was following a strict diet and this i the first time anything like this has ever happened. hell i have not drank anything in over a year. But i will gan assure you it won't happen again.

I was coming off of dnp and i had three shots of vodka. The night that i was coming off i was bloated and when i woke up (after the three shots) i was lean with no water weight and it has stayed off. I am in no way saying this is the way to go but just want to know what you guys think.

I like to go two days on and one day off.
