Yes, try telling your doctor its from puberty reasons and it hurts. You could say it hurts to sleep on your stomach at night because of it. Hope that helps, best of luck

I got the surgery when I was 20 also, it was pretty painless, only a 2 week recovery period, and boosted my self confidence a ton. Highly recommended if you need it!
