ok so my plans are to run HCG 500mg a week with .5mg adex ED throughout the cycle.. how does that sound?

using the winny at the end to harden up!! also do i need hcg with this cycle?? ive read that adex is enough and ive read that you must have hcg... can someone please help with this??
