hi guy just started cycle i am using my same train schedule but can i double up on them and workout muscle groups 2 or3 tomes a week and not be over training them this is my first cycle so im not sure what can or cant be done
hi im here because i just lost a ton of weight on as i am 40 220 lbs 6ft.been lifting 3 yrs on off . so i want ot try 1 cycle its prob going to be the only 1. i like the way things are going so i want more. what would be the best cycle at my age & best gains too .
