Hi I used to train a lot but last 12 months I stopped for a while threw a few personal problems and in dat 12 months I have not stopped eating junk food lol but now I'm ready to get back in the gym my body fat has gone to bout 22 per cent.what do you recommend is there a cycle what will help me...
