    250 gm of protein for bulking

    Guys do you think 250 gm of animal protein a day is enough to start bulking while lifting? I don't know why but most meal plans for bodybuilders I see online talk about 300-400 so this is kind of confusing, 300-400 maybe for huge pro body builders? thanks for your info.
