PGCL will reverse the gynecomastia and the puffiness?

my gyno was just natural... i took nothing to provoke it and think i may go talk to an endocrinologist

I am 19 years and have had gynecomastia since i was 13 naturally.. i heard about letrozole and i take 2.5mg/day and have seen improvement in the size of the lumps, but still have puffiness of the nipple... should i take nolvadex as well or is there anything that will reverse puffiness... i have...

I have had gynecomastia since i was about 13 and im 19 now.. i am taking 2.5mg/day and i have seen improvement in the lumps but the puffiness is not going away....i lift but take no supplements that would make this condition worse... anyone know how to take care of this..
