Was fat, disgusting and a sloth on July 29, 2010. I weighed 245, 42" waist, clothes didnt fit, I wouldn't take my shirt off in front of people ever. I looked horrible in pictures due to the 3 rolls under my chin. Way way way out of shape. 9 months later its all changed. Well at least on the side of change vs the side of fat. Lost a lot, from 1/1/11 Ive lost an additional 7lbs and 5% bf.
