    jkurz1: that's cool man... I said approx. because I actually did have hydrostatic weighing done and I checked in at 7% BF. That was about one year ago though. I know I am less than that now with the changes to my diet and routine. You're right in that it's def. not easy keeping BF that low.

    Oats PW? New thing.......

    I've tried both ways (high GI and low GI pwo) and have found better results with high GI. I'm usually a late trainer myself and the high GI method only supports my gains.

    Just wanted to chime in.... immediately after workout: 36g protein, 33-50g dextrose 30 minutes after workout: 36g protein, 7 oz sweet potato 60 minuted after workout: 1 cup ff cottage cheese, .75 cup (dry measured) oats
