    Worked chest on friday and felt great. The product does seem to tighten and warm the muscles being worked more than usual. Working shoulders today and will post tomorrow. I'm curious to see how the product will work with continued use of a couple weeks. Will keep you posted on results.

    Try this site. http://www.healthetech.com/locator/ You can figure your RMR then add the daily calories you burn through exercise and figure out total calorie expenditure. To lose weight drop 500 cals daily, to gain weight add 500 cals daily.
