Just turned 30 and am seeing some body changes that I don't like. Especially in the tush and thigh area. I it all day in front of the computer for my job so that doesn't help. I do hit the gym at least 3 times a week, mainly lift weights and do 15 min of cardio. I would really like some help in getting my fitness routine and diet on a positive track so I can not only feel better but look better as well.
