Can someone tell me if I am using helios right? I weight 120, 5'1", .5ml for 1 week then 1ml for one week???? then 2 week break?

I just started this also. .5ml in stubborn areas. on day 4 so I hope to see some results. On another note, I am a first timer at this stuff. I believe this was the cause on me being awake for 21 hours without feeling tired.
