hey girls i am wanting to start a cycle of primo just about a six week cycle does any body have any experience with primo or know the side effects of it i dont want to get ripped out of my gore but i do want a nice hard body if you could suggest the dosage to take it would be great.:D

I have always been into excercise but just really starting to get serious about it i am 5'5 and 125 pounds i have always had a muscular physique even when not working out i have been into it for about 2 months i wake up in the morning do intense cardio on an empty stomach for 30 min every day...

If you want to loose body fat try the crosstrainer if you have it at your gym it is an awesome machine for every body part try different levels of intensity like level 5 for 2 minutes then level 7 for 2 minitues and so on till you get up to level 15 do that for like 5 minutes then start over...
