Not incorporating the long acting insulin just yet brother but NPP has gone straight into the stack now 👌. Very conservative low dose of 70mg week to start with along with 180mg of EQ as the AI with higher test at 700mg. The NPP and EQ doses will most likely titrate up pending follow up...
