I have read and read all of the "scientific" info but would be intersted in learning what real people have experienced with this. If diet and workouts are in check what can one expect from using 10mg a day for 6-8 weeks?

Thanks for the advice shadow! Being Christmas day I am not even going to pretend to diet! I will definately not eat anything with flour or sugar but that is all I can promise!

Being Christmas Eve day, things will be somewhat off sched. for me but here is what I think my day will be like....
4:30 am 7 mile run
7:30 am Back/bi - Normally this would not take place until 4:00pm but have to get to church and then play...
I am TOTALLY in!! I am always afraid because my diet is so bad but I would love this!! Shadow, Daisey and Sassy are my MENTORS!!!
Today:
6 mile run
Chest
Protein shake
2.5 hours later
Salad with 4 shrimp olive oil for dressing (1 tbs)
tris/shoulders
salad with shrimp
glass of white wine...
