need help had knee surgery
i had patella tendon reattached to my knee cap doc said everything is good and said could start working upper body in about a month. lower in about 6 doc even told me aas could help.- jeffybb

just thinking about taking a little tst while i am rehab would that help or hurt. any replies helpful. thanks- jeffybb
