Hello all. I just finished up my first cycle about a month ago, and I am VERY pleased! I went from 6'1" 180lbs 10% fat to 6'1" 210lbs 7% fat in 8 weeks! I don't think I could have done it w/out this board! I am looking into starting another cycle in about 2 or 3 months. I was kind of leaning...
