I am on 8weeks of sus(500),deca(400) and 5weeks of 30mg d-bol.Can/should I add 50mg winny eod for 5-10weeks?What ya think?

Im doing a deca(400),sust(500),and dbol cycle.Two questions.First question is on my dbol.Should I take 40mg a day for 4weeks or 30mg for 5weeks?Also on my norma deca do you just peel of that center metal pop of thing with pliers or what?Thanks
