Winny...easy! The sides can be harsh for some people...that is the draw back, but it will easily yield the best results. If u are like me and dont get sides from win (even at over 100mg a day), that's your best option.

Yeah...I know. I thought it was pretty cool myself! He is just a huge believer that your body can only metabolize so much protein and that its less than what most people think! As far as the carbs go...as long as you keep that fat low, u should be fine with higher carbs. Its soooo much easier...

U won't be puffy. U need those carbs for fullness and muscular endurance/energy. Especially if u keep that fat in check. Low intensity cardio will help u burn off that stored fat.

Yeah...I know its not a crazy amount. He is a good bit bigger than me too! I am usually closer to 300. I adopted the lower protein from cutler. He visited one of our stores and we got to talking about diet and at almost 300lbs he only brings in between 300-350g of protein but 1000g of carbs, and...
U won't get many gains period without keeping at least moderate carbs. I agree with upping the carbs and dropping the fat. U could easily eat 200g + of carbs and stay lean and cut. I would keep the fat under 100g for sure.

The carbs I can understand but that's a load if protein!! Pre contest I will go that high but not so much off season. Lol.
