    as far as mass: it probably wont do much with very low T levels. but , you will still get the crazy anavar stregnth gains (because that has to do with creatine synthesis rather than hormones)

    when they say that, i think they are talking about getting more definition (losing bfat) so i guess isolation movements with higher reps would be "shaping" exercises

    yea what nelson said .. i really like it because it contains the correct amount of avenacosides and also a good active extract of the puama. obviously your not going to gain 30 pounds from it, but it can give you that extra edge if your natural , or even free up some of that aas testosterone
