im 25 years old 5"8 i weigh 195 pounds. i do not know my bodyfat level but i know it is fairly high. i havent worked out in a few years and i am looking to start again

i feel like an idiot for asking this. but i have a bottle of testosterone enanthate. the bottle says 10ml multiple dose on the top. and at the bottom it says 250 mg/ml. am i right in assuming that this means 250 mg is equal to 1ml therefore making this bottle a total of 2500 mg? please help i...
