who do i email to have them fix my accout? i did it once before but the email address is in my elite mail and i cant get in there.

i have been on the elite board for a year and half now, under the name jc21. for some reason it wont let me post under that name anymore. when i try to post it tells me that the page is only for platnum members, but i thought the anabolic discussion board was free. help!!
