All of the stuff Brad wore was bought at second hand shops. Then they had additional custom duplicates made (e.g. think of the scene with the lipo fat..... you'd need a whole new outfit for each...
the CDC used to classify oral sex as "Low Risk".
Within the last year or two they raised it to "Medium Risk" (or whatever the 'official' classification is).
It's not considered "High Risk" like unprotected anal sex, but they obviously had their reasons to re-evaluate it.

not to diss the book (or nelson) but overall i found it unimpressive. Didn't cover anything that i hadn't researched elsewhere. If you're just starting out then it could be of use, but otherwise I found a lot more information just digging around on the web.

The other replies are corrent. There is no single 'cocktail' - it's usually a combination of 3 or more drugs all given in combination (ocassionally it's only 2, but 3 or more is more the rule).
