Ok thanks guys. i see what you mean. im not doing any commercial(ish) production and its not actually for hormones. just oils ill edit the post just incase, dont want to attract the wrong attention. ive actually sorted it, i got given the wrong type.

just an update. if i dont use the crimper and just bend the seals over with a sharp object i can make it look much better than the capper does. it looks almost perfect apart from the little dints you can see from my sharp object underneath. this looks as it should do, the flip off looks correct...
