Really?? Fasting will do nothing to reduce your gyno... Fatty tissue maybe but not actual gyno. You start fasting and doing lots of cardio your going to look like gandhi with boobies. Gyno is a hormonal issue, so that's how you handle it. Anti e's, serms, and Masteron may help, plenty of info...
