Addressing the liver issue only, don't worry- that dose is so minimal and if you want to check, have your Doc do a blood test for Liver and Kidney values to see. I am in a boat 10x size of yours for years and only at times have my levels ever been elavated.

Check your ALT, AST, Creatanine, thyroid and test levels. You could also tell your Doc the story and he'll get anymore pertenant levels added to the test for your situation.
