Started lifting again in August of 10 and promptly tore the tendon in my right elbow. Just getting back into it again with the aid of a forearm brace, without which I would be unable to lift. I really can't believe it works.
I'm doing 45 min of cardio and 75 minutes of low weight/higher rep weights 5xweek with about 1600/cal, my primary goal being weight loss while adding some lean muscle.
