    Preciate all the help fellas. I'll probably run moderate carbs/Loe to moderate fats/High protein. When I ran the keto, the fat stripped away however my muscles did look a lil flat, until refeed day and the following lol they were as full as can be!! I'll run above and comment which worked best.
