Wow , massive and so hungry...I am just the beginner and I am much fed up with chicken breast of almost 150-200 gms and some other good food , What you have described that is simply massive.I will suggest to start from first step to stairs to go up.I think you understand.

That is interesting idea , I like chicken breast and prefer grilled chicken with lemon and sauce.I am eating almost 150-200 grams grilled for great protein and just the beginner.After this green tea with lemon is fantastic.
