make sure u are not putting the needle into the oil... just above the oil when you heat it or you will have oil coming out of the top of it and waste your gear.

Wow that is a trip , i did 2.5mg letro last night and this morning at work got lightheaded- sweaty and shaky.. i totally felt like passing out. first thing i did was get a candybar from the snack machine.. weird that experience just happened today while using letro.
