    Red meat is &$%#*@! great! I also read somewhere that cottage cheese before bed works great to restore testosterone and gh levels while sleeping. Peanut butter also is a big testosterone booster because of all of the unsaturated fats.

    L-arginine will give you light headedness when going heavey, but from what I've experience it takes over 10 grams and between the noxplode, scoop of l-arginine, and 4 protein shakes a day, my intake is roughly between 7 and 8 grams a day. Everyone's body is different so experiment a little.

    I take in between 3000 and 3500 calories a day with atleast 250 grams of protein a day. I usually split my workouts into 1.chest, 2.back, 3.arms, 4.legs, 5.shoulders. I am also a boxer, and usually spar 4 days a week for 30 minutes or so. What do ya think, not enough calories or what? Thanks
