I am about to start dieting hard for the summer and am having trouble deciding on a diet to chose. I am at 11% bf right now, and would like to come to about 7-8%BF.
I will also be on EQ/Winny.

I am giving my RSVP also for Night of the Champions, i will be there. That should be my next appearance, I want a little break before the summer hits in full affect so i can step it up in the gym.

Is the CKD diet the best diet to get shredded, i am about 11% i would say, and want to get down to a lower BF%, say 7 or 8%? I have been on a low carb diet for about 8 weeks now, and have come down from about 16%BF. WOuld the change to a CKD now help me push below the 10% and hopefull even...
