That is different for everybody. Some guys can just turn on/off the "switch"; some build up a couple hours before to peak time. Myself, it's the calm before the storm approach. what is the drug testing policy in the arena football league?
Due to costs of the test, they are only given during initial pre-season camp. Pee, not blood or hair tests. Arena2 doesn't even test AT ALL!- jackband
